Deep sea diving
Deep sea diving
El Nido is a site in Palawan, southern part of the Philippines where deep sea diving is popular. The corals are a great sight and the colorful fishes make up for the attractive seascape. I think there is also a shipwreck somewhere that divers go to for underwater pictorials. Deep sea diving is an expensive sport since you have to rent scuba gear which is not cheap. And not to forget that you also need a guide diver to make it safer for you when you go on a dive.

Re: Deep sea diving
It's precisely because it's such an expensive sport that I unfortunately don't practice it often (I wish I had more Money
), but I love it and I always take great advantage when I have an opportunity because it really is worth every penny.
Diving is an incredible and a beautiful sport that provides many good moments and good memories.

This is something that has been on my bucket list for some time now, and I really really hope that I get the chance to go sometime soon. Life and money seem to always get in the way, but I think I can get there.
Re: Deep sea diving
I think I would be afraid at first but then soon get used to it as I would be amazed at the scene. A documentary of that captured by me would be a dream come true actually. It is practiced a lot here but like mentioned it is a very pricey adventure here especially if it's a tourists area.
Re: Deep sea diving
I have always been interested in deep sea diving, but I have never had the opportunity to learn. If I wanted to go on an adventure which included this activity, how long do you think it would take me to learn how to do it? Do you need special instructors or is it something that one can learn by themselves?
Re: Deep sea diving
Deep sea underwater diving is always my dream. But it is yet in complete dream. I wish I will get time for this thing as I really like it. I am always thinking about to went on place where this thing happen but I guess can't getting enough time from daily work.

I'm really afraid of deep sea. It gives me a deep shiver when I even think about it. It is definitely not my cup of tea
Re: Deep sea diving
I am a perfect swimmer and not afraid to go for deep sea diving. However, I must add here that if you have scuba diving in your mind here it needs no great swimming skills. Deep sea diving is perhaps the easiest form of swimming provided you have self-confidence or that part of the sea is not full of sharks. As far scuba diving gear is concerned, it's available on rental basis at a nominal rates.

So far I have no experience but it is kind of dream to me. I am thinking about it since really long, I guess you already knew it, but still not getting enough time and sometimes company to go there.
I am good at swimming, do you think I can do it without any problem? Or it will be hard for newbies like me.

Actually they do not allow unskilled divers to go in deep sea without a guide so if you wish to it go to a good beach with facilities of rental service and guided experience. Incidentally, these facilities are available in India also at almost all beaches at Goa, Kerala and Lakshadweep. As much I know it's lot of fun and safe in Indian waters.
