So even if lose couple of pounds after my hectic activity I regain it immediately after I have completed the program. I am proud to say that I have maintained my weight right from my college days despite of having a very busy lifestyle.

You are quite active and that's really good that you can maintain your weight that easily.

For me my job is kind of whole day sitting in the office. Even though at late evening after coming from the office I feel kind of mentally tired so don't used to go anywhere for walking. I tried to walk in the morning many time but you know that I am not that consistent. So for me it is hard to even maintain the weight. So for that I do dieting too. But it is kind of hard thing for sure. Lol

That's the issue with most of us @naruto100, we sit at the office all day, and to lose weight we need to make that extra effort after work. I try going to the gym, riding the bike, play tennis, do some running, but even so that extra weight seems not to be going away. I am not gaining any more weight either, so not everything is bad news. :)

Actually it's person specific and their gene have a major role to play in that. One can reduce or increase his weight with exercise and other sporting activities to a limit but if you do not do them on regular basis you go back to your original weight after some time. However, one should not give up easily but keep doing his best as and when possible. I am sure your're going great with your newly acquired tennis practice 8-)

My tennis practice is not newly acquired, I've been doing it for 10 years, but just started having classes almost 3 years ago. Excellent news though, after 2 hours of intense training yesterday that included jumping rope, I lost 2Kg, so I am happy with that!

If you are fat which could either be by lifestyle or genetic I think one very good sport to do to assume a slimmer and better looking shape is biking. I hardly see any one remain that fat after engaging in routine biking for sometime. It's like biking is one of the surest exercises that help in loosing weight fast especially for the fat and obese people.
